Centrally located hotel. Very near to secrateriate. Walking distance to stadium and Palayam. Food is good and the prices are reasonable. Hotel has bar and service is also good. Though some of the rooms are small

The hotel is quite average with good rooms. The staff is prompt and polite. The rooms have all basic amenities but some maintenance is required such as fan in the room malfunctioned, corridor had bad smell. Many tourist spots are within short distance. Breakfast was average.

We stayed at this hotel with respect to reviews found at Google. Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center,extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staffs , they makes our trip more interesting with their advices & tips about the city ,supermarket ,shops, Would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality.

Centrally located, yet conveniently isolated from traffic. The place is an iconic symbol of Trivandrum. It has been around for so many decades, has witnessed a lot of movie shootings and is a great place to spend an evening or for a stay in the city.

Staff are friendly, the room clean and comfortable, and the food in the restaurant very good. There is a Bar Lounge which is an added attraction. But occupants are not entitled to the daily newspaper, which is not good. A few newspapers are kept in the lobby, though.
